We’ve been moving our services forward to help us accommodate your shopping needs. COVID has impacted businesses worldwide in ways that may not be apparent to the shopper right away. In our case, we have been dealing with supply chain issues that have made it harder to predict when when restocks and new fabrics will arrive for you to buy. Also we have ran into some issues with domestic package carriers being delayed here and there as well. However, this has allowed us to identify areas that we can improve and control ourselves to mitigate these issues. So we have used the past 18 months to develop some new tools on our website and improve our services.
Shipping Calculator
We now have an estimated shipping calculator functionality on our website. After you have added all the fabric you need you can then log into cart (as a guest or using an existing account) and use the next page to plug in your address. Our system will then calculate the estimated shipping costs. We do this BEFORE you need to enter in any further payment information so you can confirm your budget earlier on. This should make it easier to anticipate the proper shipping choice you make. You may find it is only a little more expensive to get expedited shipping which would be more reliable for quick delivery if that is important to you as well!
Fabric Suggestion Form
We know you all have great ideas. Everything you make is creative! So maybe you would like to suggest a new feature, new fabric, new color, new pattern, or something else. We review all our form entries on a quarterly basis and make our future buying and manufacturing plans based upon input received from all of you! It’s a great way for you to make sure your voice is heard directly.
